Account Manager - SaaS

About the role

Signaturit Group, a Namirial company and European leader in secure digital transactions, is hiring an Account Manager for its SaaS business in Barcelona. The company's platform covers identity verification, onboarding, electronic signatures, authentication, communications, fraud prevention, qualified archiving and electronic invoicing, and it is a Qualified Trust Service Provider under the eIDAS Regulation.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, focusing on retention and growth, and manage contract renewals and transitions
• Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue, and up-sell and cross-sell
• Present opportunities through demos and business cases aligned with client objectives
• Work with Revenue, Product, Engineering, Customer, Marketing and Legal teams to deliver complete client solutions
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and turn them into tailored solutions
• Assess account performance regularly, refine strategies and keep the pipeline well managed

Required profile

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Proactive, goal-oriented and able to manage several priorities
• Fluency in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus
