Account Manager Trainee (End of Study Internship)

About the role

Join Click&Boat’s fast‑growing international team as an Account Manager Trainee. You will support either the Sales or Supply side of the marketplace, working directly with international clients, boat owners and renters.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and advise on boat searches, negotiating prices with owners (warm leads only).
• Guide new partners through listing creation, ad optimisation and calendar management.
• Assist partners in maximising account performance and platform engagement.
• Participate in business development tasks such as market research and lead prospecting.

Required profile

• Fluent English and a commercial mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role (internship, student job or summer job).
• Dynamic, proactive team player comfortable on the phone and interested in start‑up environments.

• Fixed‑term contract (6‑9 months) with a gross salary of €1,823 per month.
