Junior Account Executive – Spain (Barcelona)

About the role

Youtrust is looking for a Junior Account Executive to join its International Sales Team and drive growth in the Spanish market. Based in Barcelona, you will manage the full B2B sales cycle for eSignature and ID/document verification solutions, working both directly with customers and through partners.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a sales pipeline across inbound, outbound and partner channels.
• Lead the complete sales process: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing and upselling.
• Conduct tailored product demos supported by Pre‑Sales Engineers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Marketing to improve messaging and customer experience.
• Accurately forecast revenue and maintain high‑quality data in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of revenue growth.
• Native‑level Spanish and fluent English communication skills.
• Strong outbound mindset, negotiation skills and a win‑win approach.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work in a hybrid office setup (3 days onsite).

• Salesforce (CRM usage and data management).
