Junior Account Executive – Italy Market (Barcelona Based)

About the role

You will join Youtrust's International Sales Team to drive expansion across Europe, focusing on the Italian market. Based in Barcelona, you will manage the full B2B sales cycle for eSignature and ID verification solutions, building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a sales pipeline through inbound, outbound and partner channels.
• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing and upselling.
• Conduct tailored product demos supported by Pre‑Sales Engineers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Marketing to improve messaging and customer experience.
• Accurately forecast revenue and maintain high‑quality data in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth.
• Native Spanish and fluent English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work in a hybrid office setup (3 days onsite).
• Strong listening, negotiation and win‑win mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of eSignature and digital identity verification solutions.
