Accountant – Multi-Entity Finance & Reporting

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for an accountant to join its fast‑moving finance team. You will work at the core of a multi‑entity business, handling month‑end close, reconciliations and financial reporting across several jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and own financial statements under US GAAP, aligning with IFRS where required.
• Exercise judgment on revenue recognition, consolidation and intercompany flows, adapting to evolving reporting frameworks.
• Support integration of newly acquired businesses, aligning accounting treatments, reporting structures and closing processes.
• Design and reinforce internal controls to protect the quality of financial records.
• Assist internal and external auditors with documentation and clear explanations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in accounting workflows.
