Active Antenna RF Engineer Internship – Discover II 2026/27

About the role

Join Airbus’s Discover II graduate program as an Active Antenna RF Engineer Intern. You will work in the Antenna System Design & Validation Spain department, supporting the design and validation of telecom and navigation antennas for European systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the architectural definition and detailed design of RF active antennas.
• Produce specifications, interface definitions, system and circuit diagrams.
• Verify compliance of designs against baseline requirements.
• Support test strategy definition and validation activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure electrical safety and performance standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Radiofrequency Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Good teamwork and communication skills in an international environment.
