Afternoon Events Internship at Palacio de la Bolsa

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in the Events and Conferences team of the historic Palacio de la Bolsa in Madrid. You will work afternoons, supporting guided tours and a variety of events while gaining insight into the financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours of the Stock Exchange Palace and answer visitor inquiries.
• Manage the mailbox and telephone requests related to tours.
• Assist in creating tour materials and speeches, learning the history of the stock market.
• Support event managers with planning, preparation, execution, material handling, invitations and registration.
• Provide ad‑hoc assistance to the events team and on‑site support during events.

Required profile

• Current studies in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, Business Administration or Event Organization.
• Availability for afternoon work (14:00‑19:00, Monday‑Friday).
• Strong organizational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Flexibility, autonomy and willingness to collaborate in a dynamic, global environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Experience hosting virtual events is a plus.
