Agente de reservas

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and detail‑oriented Reservation Agent to join our front‑office team at our Palma de Mallorca property. You will be the first point of contact for guests calling, faxing or emailing to book, modify or cancel their stays.

Key responsibilities

• Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received via phone, fax or mail.
• Identify guest needs, verify room type and rate availability, and explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies.
• Enter reservations accurately into the property’s reservation system, including special codes for complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel‑agent rates and wholesale bookings.
• Accommodate and document special requests, answer questions about facilities and services, and apply sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Escalate guest concerns following proper procedures and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Uphold professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and support a welcoming environment for all guests, including those with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• No prior reservation or hospitality experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Willingness to perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
