AI Business Analyst

About the role

Join Zurich Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona as an AI Business Analyst, where you will help configure and maintain the Cytora AI platform, integrate risk insights, and support digital underwriting across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Zurich deployment of the Cytora platform, ensuring seamless data ingestion and model performance.
• Partner with Cytora, IT and data engineering teams to integrate risk insights into Zurich systems and workflows.
• Support calibration of AI models in line with underwriting appetite and risk framework.
• Translate business needs into data specifications, adapting configurations, prompts and schemas to country‑specific requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate accuracy and business impact of Cytora AI models.
• Improve data quality, enrichment processes and feature engineering in collaboration with data teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Financial Services, Business Analytics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Insurance Operations or Data Analyst.
• Interest in AI enablement with hands‑on experience using LLMs or AI platforms such as Cytora.
• Strong problem‑solving, business acumen and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
