AI Content Expert, Artificial General Intelligence

About the role

Jobs for Humanity is seeking an AI Content Expert II to create, annotate, and analyse high‑quality training data that will improve and expand Large Language Models (LLMs). The role sits within the Data Team and works closely with scientists and engineers to ensure data quality and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and annotate complex training data across text, image, and video modalities on technical and scientific topics.
• Write grammatically correct texts in varied styles and creativity levels while strictly following guidelines.
• Perform audits and quality checks on work completed by other specialists when required.
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Dive deep into issues and implement independent solutions.
• Identify and report tooling bugs and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience with written language data, annotation, and markup.
• Strong proficiency in Dutch and English (C1 level CEFR).
• Good understanding of Dutch and U.S. culture, society, and norms.
• Research skills to gather information, understand complex topics, and synthesize resources while respecting academic integrity.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods.
• Comfort with high‑school level STEM subjects.
• Ability to write and evaluate diverse subject matter across multiple domains.
• Adapt writing style to various guidelines and customer needs.
• Flexibility to thrive in fast‑paced environments with changing direction.

Required skills

• Command‑line interface usage and basic UNIX commands.
• Markup languages: HTML, XML, Markdown.
• Standard text formats: JSON, CSV, RTF.
• Python or another scripting language.
• Regular‑expression syntax.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models and LLM training data creation.
