SAP CPQ Business Analyst

About the role

As an SAP CPQ Business Analyst you will shape and develop Sanoma's newly implemented Clarity/SAP CPQ solution, directly supporting sales teams across the group's European operating companies. You will join an international team, working remotely with occasional office visits, and have the opportunity to own improvements to the CPQ system and related sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance the SAP CPQ solution to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with sales, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into CPQ configurations.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for CPQ, providing guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Serve as a sparring partner for the Product Owner and process stakeholders, ensuring alignment with agile practices.
• Maintain integration points between SAP CPQ, SAP ERP, and Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role, preferably in a large, international enterprise.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑starter, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and strong teamwork abilities.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• SAP CPQ scripting and rule engine.
• Understanding of CPQ principles, configuration, and pricing logic.
• Integration knowledge of SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM.
• Business case development and modeling techniques.
• Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
