AI Program Manager - Copilot for Agents

About the role

Santander is looking for an AI Program Manager to lead the scaling and industrialisation of AI‑powered products that support and empower its employees worldwide. Reporting to the Global Product Owner of the AI for Agents line, you will coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of conversational and agent‑based solutions that improve productivity, decision‑making and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of the global roadmap for AI for Agents products, focusing on conversational agents and AI assistants.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across product, data, engineering, UX, risk and country teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Translate product vision and high‑level requirements into structured plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Align global product strategy with local country needs to enable scalable adoption.
• Support development of agent‑based AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models and orchestration frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven ability to coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑based products.
• Experience working across product, data, engineering, UX, risk and country teams.
• Strong focus on aligning global strategy with local implementation requirements.
