AI Project Manager

About the role

Sanoma Learning is looking for an AI Project Manager to join its AI Enablement team. The role bridges AI initiatives with internal communication, strategy, partnership and M&A functions, ensuring AI work is visible and actionable across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the editorial cycle of the AI newsletter and run the AI webinar and event series.
• Curate the AI Hub and coordinate AI content for external websites and corporate channels.
• Build and manage a pipeline of external speaking opportunities and drive production of white papers on AI in education.
• Maintain the front‑end AI partnership and acquisition funnel, screening candidates and coordinating assessments.
• Lead assigned AI initiatives end‑to‑end, turning ambiguous ideas into structured projects with clear milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing digital or technology projects, with at least 2 years focused on AI, data or digital transformation.

Required skills

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project‑management certification.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the current AI landscape.
