AI Transformation Lead

About the role

As an AI Transformation Lead you will drive end‑to‑end business transformation across Santander, redesigning processes, operating models and leveraging AI solutions to create measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior leaders to understand strategic priorities and define transformation road‑maps.
• Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation and AI‑enabled redesign.
• Design transformation strategies, prioritise initiatives and translate high‑level concepts into detailed execution plans.
• Collaborate with AI, data, technology and operations teams to validate feasibility and impact of AI solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation or management consulting.
• Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and influence C‑level stakeholders.
• Experience in banking, financial services or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and solution ecosystem.
• Generative AI and intelligent automation technologies.
