About the role

Zurich Santander is looking for a Claims Analyst to support its insurance portfolio across life, home, rent guarantee and general lines. The role combines technical and financial analysis, risk indicator development and collaboration with investment, actuarial, reinsurance and reserving teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of claims, ensuring proper coverage resolution.
• Develop and implement quantitative risk indicators and validate actuarial models.
• Analyze high‑volume claim requests in life, home, rent guarantee and general insurance.
• Coordinate with liquidators, medical professionals, experts and lawyers.
• Provide customer service through in‑person, phone and digital channels.

Required profile

• Advanced university student in Law, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Proven experience in insurance claims handling, especially rent‑guarantee claims.
• Strong legal knowledge to assess complex cases.
• Intermediate level of English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
