Art Director

About the role

We are seeking an Art Director based in Spain to shape bold, high‑impact creative work for fast‑moving restaurant and retail clients. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on design, overseeing projects from concept through final delivery in a remote‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts across branding, campaigns, social media and multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
• Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into sketches, storyboards and polished creative assets.
• Lead projects from ideation to final execution, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with designers, writers and strategists to refine concepts and push creative boundaries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with cultural trends, advertising practices and platform‑specific requirements.
• Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and elevate the team’s overall creative output.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in advertising agencies, creative studios or brand‑focused design environments.
• Strong conceptual thinking with a polished portfolio demonstrating advanced visual design.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and comfort using AI tools to support ideation and production.
• Excellent time‑management, communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently in a distributed, remote setting.
• Collaborative mindset with a problem‑solving attitude and keen attention to detail.
