Automotive Customer Support Agent (Portuguese/Spanish) – Hybrid

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions as an Automotive Customer Support Agent, providing multilingual assistance to customers who drive cars, motorbikes or use power equipment. You will work in a hybrid model, using Portuguese, Spanish and English to deliver first‑level technical support and product information.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming contacts (phone calls, emails, letters) from customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about Bosch’s automotive product portfolio and explain company policies.
• Resolve client queries, manage complaints and support the use of IoT‑enabled vehicle technologies.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Required profile

• Passion for technology, cars and customer service.
• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Willingness to complete a 2‑3 week company‑paid training program.
