About the role

Join the Barceló Playa Blanca team as a Waiter Assistant, supporting guests from arrival to departure. You will work in a dynamic resort environment, ensuring smooth service and a pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests at reception and help them settle when needed.
• Serve beverages and meals directly to customers.
• Participate in the set‑up, mounting and dismantling of service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of your work zone and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with mandatory APPCC certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English; additional hospitality knowledge is a plus.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under stress, agile and well‑presented.
• Strong customer orientation and good social skills.

Required skills

• APPCC (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) knowledge.
