About the role

We are looking for a Waiter Assistant to join our team at Barceló Group in Mallorca. The role supports the front‑of‑house team by welcoming guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the dining area is kept clean and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests at reception and help them settle at their tables when needed.
• Serve drinks and meals directly to customers, ensuring a smooth service flow.
• Participate in the set‑up, arrangement and breakdown of service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic upkeep of the work area and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• Mandatory HACCP (food safety) training.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under stress, agile and balanced with a well‑kept personal image.

Required skills

• HACCP certification.
