About the role
Join the hospitality team at Barceló Playa Blanca as an Assistant Waiter. You will support the front‑of‑house operations, ensuring guests feel welcomed and receive prompt service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests during reception and help them settle at their tables.
- Serve drinks and food directly to customers.
- Participate in the preparation, set‑up and breakdown of service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the work zone and equipment.
Required profile
- Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
- Mandatory HACCP (APPCC) certification.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- High level of English.
- Team‑player attitude, stress tolerance, agility and a well‑kept personal image.
Required skills
- APPCC (HACCP) knowledge.
