B2B Customer Success Coordinator (Amadeus)

About the role

Exoticca, an online travel agency focused on long-distance dream trips, is looking for a B2B Operations Coordinator – Customer Experience in Barcelona. The role supports the day-to-day performance and continuous improvement of B2B support operations so that Travel Advisors receive a high-quality experience. It covers daily coordination, KPI monitoring, team guidance and escalation handling.

Key responsibilities

• Own B2B customer experience performance end-to-end, including service levels, backlog, response times and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor, report and supervise KPIs on a daily basis.
• Engage, motivate, support and develop the team to meet customer expectations.
• Supervise and report DMC and Travel Advisor inquiries that affect Exoticca products.
• Act as first point of contact for escalated internal issues and guide the team on complex or sensitive cases.

Required profile

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience working with DMC is required.
• Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, starting between 09:00h and 18:00h.

Required skills

• Fluent English.
• Deep knowledge of Amadeus / GDS, on operations and implementation.
• Experience with Salesforce and Travelfusion is a must.
• B2B operations experience (travel or marketplaces) is a strong plus.
