Business Development Representative - WER

About the role

PTC's Inside Sales (ISS) team partners with global marketing and sales teams to build a customer pipeline and drive bookings from the inside. This Business Development Representative position focuses on business-to-business sales and Global Strategic Accounts, selling PTC solutions to new prospects and growing revenue across its Digital Transformation portfolio. The team works in a multicultural environment in the new offices in Poblenou, Barcelona.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and sell PTC solutions to new prospect accounts, focusing on B2B sales and Global Strategic Accounts
• Cross-sell and up-sell in strategic accounts
• Grow pipeline and revenue across the Digital Transformation solutions portfolio
• Execute on marketing-qualified leads and prospect in existing accounts and target new logos
• Route qualified opportunities to the right sales executives
• Make outbound calls to generate opportunities and set up meetings
• Record call, email and demo activity accurately in Salesforce
• Answer incoming calls and emails on sales questions
• Help run campaigns in your territory and work with Marketing, Customer Success and Sales Operations

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French
• 6 to 12 months of related experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles preferred
• Interest in new technologies and the software market
• Results-oriented, competitive drive and ability to adapt to a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Ability to build and nurture business relationships by phone
