B2B Marketing & Digital Trainee (6‑month Internship)

About the role

Accor Tech & Digital is looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join its B2B Marketing department in Madrid for a six‑month traineeship. You will work on digital content creation, campaign coordination and market analysis, supporting the team in delivering innovative hospitality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and optimisation of digital content across websites, social media, email campaigns and digital ads.
• Assist in building presentations and ensuring asset consistency for marketing projects.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day interactions with external marketing and communications agencies.
• Help develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights and optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as campaign performance, website traffic and engagement metrics.
• Assist in scheduling, asset management and performance tracking for digital campaigns and promotions.
• Provide general administrative support, including file organisation, meeting scheduling and presentation preparation.

Required profile

• Master’s or Business School student majoring in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• At least one prior experience in marketing or digital, preferably in a B2B context.
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines, identity and digital marketing fundamentals.
