Backend Software Engineer

About the role

Join Antom’s backend team to design, build, and maintain high‑performance payment processing services that support merchants across more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy new Internet Data Centers (IDCs) to meet scalability and performance goals.
• Investigate production incidents, identify performance bottlenecks, and define best‑practice solutions.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, conduct emergency drills, and develop contingency strategies for rapid issue resolution.
• Design and implement comprehensive data‑protection plans that satisfy industry standards and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and payment‑system concepts.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Unix/Linux), computer storage, and networking principles.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, clear communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership.

Required skills

• Proficient in Java development.
• Experience with SpringBoot and SofaBoot microservice frameworks.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Understanding of middleware commonly used at Ant International.
