ERP Technical Architect / AI-enabler Technical Lead

About the role

Avanade is looking for an ERP Technical Architect / AI-enabler Technical Lead in Malaga. Working in the ERP team, you will help clients simplify complexity and thrive in the digital age by turning their needs into solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will collect information, analyse requirements and solve problems, providing technical and operational support, and will lead customers and an internal team to the best technical solution while supporting the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations with multiple integrations, ISV solutions and complex technology ecosystems.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution envisioning workshops, effort estimations, architecture reviews and proposal development.
• Technical leadership: mentoring architects, developers and consultants, defining technical standards, architecture governance and best practices.
• Collaboration with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, delivery managers and executive stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns and enterprise application architecture.
• Understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, resilient and maintainable solutions.
• Knowledge of AI technologies such as Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, RAG architectures, workflow automation and AI-assisted software development, and integrating AI capabilities into ERP solutions.
