About the role

Join the vibrant NENI team at Bikini Hotel Es Trenc on Mallorca’s south coast as a Bar Waiter. You will be the face of the restaurant, creating memorable moments for guests while embracing the beach‑side, hippie‑inspired atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and serve guests from arrival to departure with authentic hospitality.
• Present the NENI concept, menu and drinks confidently, using product knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain smooth mise en place, clean service stations and an organized daily service flow.
• Collaborate closely with bar, kitchen and host teams to deliver fast, friendly, high‑quality service.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally, turning each interaction into a memorable moment.
• Support colleagues during peak periods with a hands‑on, positive attitude.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant or lifestyle‑hotel environment.
• Warm, open personality with a genuine passion for guests, food and storytelling.
• Confidence in taking orders, recommending dishes and creating a relaxed NENI atmosphere.
• Hands‑on team spirit, reliability and attention to detail, even during high‑volume service.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages such as German are a plus.
