BMS Lead - Global Delivery Operations, Services Supply Chain

About the role

HP's Services Supply Chain (SSC) delivers spare parts, repair and refurbishment solutions globally for customers in warranty, lifecycle services, managed services and replacement parts. The BMS Lead is a high-impact, high-visibility position accountable for improving Delivery Performance Management Systems across SSC SCOR functions (Planning, Make, Logistics, Procurement) and working with Customer Support stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and improve the SSC Business Management System to secure delivery performance goals globally and align executives.
• Partner with Delivery Operations Managers on performance deviation recovery plans.
• Lead global disruption plans and long-term preventive improvements with Planning, Make, Logistics and Procurement at M2/Dir level.
• Partner with Customer Support functions on end-to-end reviews and improvement plans.
• Manage and lead global operational disruptions and executive escalations.
• Own the global program to raise SSC governance to global excellence, covering processes, tools (Command Center) and people (knowledge and skills development).
• Lead executive L2/L1 readiness reviews (weekly operational package, SSC L1 MOR, CS L2 MOR, CS L2 QBRs, escalation and recovery plans).

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• Typically 10-15 years of experience.
• Solid experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support or Services Delivery businesses.
• MBA, PMP/PMI or L6S is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management at Director/VP level and root cause analysis.
• Executive-level communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead virtual teams in complex matrix organisations with global stakeholders.
