About the role
The Boarding House Manager is responsible for the overall welfare, safety and discipline of students living on campus. This position ensures a supportive residential environment and acts as the primary liaison between boarders, parents and school staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage student welfare and discipline within the boarding house.
- Organise and supervise residential activities and events.
- Ensure safety and well‑being of all boarders at all times.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians.
- Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar residential or educational role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Required skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent organisational and leadership capabilities.
- Calm and efficient handling of emergency situations.
