Booking Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Booking Agent to join AIRE’s team in Tenerife. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and managing reservation bookings for all of AIRE’s facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance via email, chat, and telephone to national and international customers.
• Handle individual and group reservation requests.
• Identify and resolve any issues clients may encounter during the booking process.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company guidelines to minimise errors.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable internet connection with required speed.
