Senior Business Travel Consultant – German speaking

About the role

We are looking for an outstanding Executive/VIP Business Travel Consultant who will provide a true Seven‑Star service experience to senior leaders and high‑value clients. The role goes beyond simple bookings; it requires highly personalized, time‑critical travel management built on trust and relationships.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of executive and VIP business trips, including flights, hotels, transfers and special requests.
• Provide expert recommendations while respecting travel policies, duty‑of‑care and client preferences.
• Deliver fast, empathetic solutions for travel disruptions or emergencies across phone, chat and email.
• Maintain high service standards and meet productivity KPIs such as handle time and SLA.
• Build long‑term relationships by consistently delivering elite service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑touch premium customer service (executive travel, hospitality, aviation or luxury brands).
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Understanding of contact‑center metrics like productivity, efficiency and CSAT.

Required skills

• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
