Brand Manager – Consumer Goods (France‑Iberia)

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead full‑funnel commercial brand marketing for the France‑Iberian region from our Madrid office. You will shape brand strategy, drive activation calendars and collaborate across trade, digital, sales and customer development to grow our portfolio of children’s toys and entertainment products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual activation calendar in partnership with trade marketing, brand communication, digital, sales and customer development teams.
• Design innovative marketing strategies that increase brand equity, penetration, repeat purchase and consumer engagement.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and shopper behavior to adjust brand tactics as needed.
• Provide product development input to regional and global partners and track customer satisfaction.
• Manage marketing budgets, analyse campaign performance and implement corrective actions.
• Support sales with marketing assets and collaborate on business development for key in‑market customers.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to ensure coherent and collaborative marketing execution.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience in brand marketing for an international consumer‑goods company, preferably in toys, gaming or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail campaigns and digital marketing channels (eCommerce, social, influencer).
• Ability to analyse market data, forecast demand and manage budgets.
• Experience working with external media agencies and product development teams.
