Influencer Marketing Specialist – L'Oréal Luxe

About the role

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at SAMY, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of influencer campaigns for L'Oréal Luxe. You will work closely with brand and internal teams to deliver creative, data‑driven solutions that meet client briefs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑level strategic and creative campaign proposals based on brand briefs.
• Select and manage influencer profiles, create detailed content calendars, and ensure content quality.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make strategic adjustments to maximise results.
• Lead event coordination and brand activations, ensuring seamless collaboration between influencers and the brand.
• Aggregate results, generate insights, and identify new opportunities in partnership with the data team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of managing strategic campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset, creativity, and leadership abilities.
• Native Spanish speaker with full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends.
• High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
