Brand Protection Intern - Customer Operations

About the role

Red Points, a platform used by over 1,000 companies to recover digital revenue against counterfeits, piracy, impersonation and distribution abuse, is looking for interns for its Customer Operations team in Barcelona. The internship is paid, full-time and on site, and gives exposure to brand protection and online fraud prevention. Candidates must be able to sign an internship agreement with their university.

Key responsibilities

• Support the analyst team in managing incidents related to intellectual property infringements.
• Contact domain names or platforms to request removal of infringing content under European legislation on intellectual or industrial property rights.
• Report problems with internal work tools.
• Provide clients with information on the status of their compliance process.
• Create and keep work guides up to date.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently finished studies in Criminology, Law, Business Administration or similar.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Previous experience in online research is highly valued.
