Customer Service Back Office Agent (Motorcycle Fleet) – 6 Months Temporary

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Customer Service Back Office Agent in Barcelona for a 6-month temporary assignment. The role is not hands-on mechanical work but a critical back-office position that keeps the two-wheeled fleet running smoothly by ensuring every vehicle sent for service moves efficiently through the repair network. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Track all motorized vehicles sent to repair centers from dispatch through resolution, with clear oversight of each step.
• Verify data accuracy in the systems, keeping records complete and compliant.
• Approve repair tickets once all validations are complete.
• Monitor repair progress with follow-up reviews and proactively watch repair timelines, spotting cases that exceed standard resolution times.
• Escalate and alert stakeholders when a vehicle stays in the repair process longer than four weeks.
• Maintain clear documentation and give status updates as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, administrative support or back-office operations, ideally in automotive, fleet management or similar fields.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to track several cases at once and prioritize escalations.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor processes and spot delays, inconsistencies or compliance issues early.

Required skills

• Fluent English at C1 level, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with data management systems and databases, including data entry and report generation.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8-16, 9-17 or 10-18.
