Junior PMO Consultant

About the role

Fusion Consulting, a global Life Sciences business and IT consultancy, is looking for a Junior PMO Consultant to join its PM-PMO practice in Barcelona. The consultant supports the Project Management Office in delivering projects across the organisation and offers a chance to grow a career in project management.

Key responsibilities

• Support consulting projects, project planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Work with project managers and help them develop high-quality strategies and solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation in a regulated environment.
• Take part in customer meetings, workshops and decision-making processes.
• Record and define requirements and analyse business processes.
• Continuously expand knowledge and skills in consulting.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in business or economics or in a technical/IT science.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; German is a plus.
• Good communication skills and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive, can-do attitude and ambition to learn.
• Willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
