Brand Standards & Implementation Trainee

About the role

The Brand Standards & Implementation Trainee supports the Brand Standards & Implementation team and other members of the Brand & Guest Experience department, taking part in projects at global level. The department aims to leverage brand equity, raise awareness and improve the efficiency of hotel operations, and to help hotels implement initiatives in line with the group's strategic 5-year plan. The duration is 6 months, starting as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and updates of brand resources such as brand standard manuals and implementation decks.
• Manage projects by creating tracking sheets and project timelines.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and analysis of market trends.
• Create presentations for internal and external use.
• Organise meetings with stakeholders, manage agendas, minutes, follow-up and delivery dates.
• Curate and visualise brand performance and quality data for bi-monthly reports.
• Balance guest needs with commercial and operational impacts.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a school programme to be eligible for the internship agreement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
• Preferably hospitality experience or a strong affinity for the industry.
• Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and a sense of responsibility.
• Flexible, proactive, customer-oriented and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project management: prioritising several projects at once under tight deadlines and within budget.
