Global Strategic Sourcing Associate Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups with ten brands and more than 1,500 hotels, is looking for a Global Strategic Sourcing Associate Manager to join its team in Madrid. The role leads sourcing strategy, supplier management and category strategy across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sourcing strategies for different categories and services
• Manage supplier performance with a focus on total cost control, continuous improvement and innovation
• Define and execute the Global Category Strategy, using Total Cost of Ownership as the key parameter
• Ensure third-party requirements are clearly deployed to suppliers, business needs are met and execution is flowless
• Build and maintain the global supplier base, including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management and performance monitoring
• Secure global KPIs performance and procurement policy implementation, supporting internal stakeholders and area sourcing teams
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and SLAs to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply in line with corporate procurement policies
• Act as the lead for supplier issues on quality, delivery, costs and alignment with internal partners

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, with proven success in a cross-cultural, matrix-based environment
• Proven negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent English; additional languages are valuable
