Business Analyst – Multi-Country Sales Center

About the role

HP is looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded and results-driven Business Analyst to join its Multi-Country Sales Center in Sant Cugat del Valles. The role acts as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, helping enable data-driven decisions, operational excellence and business growth across several countries. It works closely with Sales Managers, the Sales Operations Manager and other cross-functional stakeholders to monitor the business, spot opportunities, mitigate risks and drive execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales territory, headcounts and account assignment activities within approved business frameworks.
• Develop, deliver and maintain business reports and executive dashboards.
• Analyze customer, sales and productivity metrics.
• Support business planning and management reviews, and give data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Provide ad hoc reporting for sales managers.
• Drive CRM governance, data quality and compliance with sales processes and company programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, statistics, data analytics, engineering, information systems, mathematics or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, finance or similar is a plus.
• Fluent English; a second Western European language is an advantage.
• Experience across multiple countries and cultures, and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas and automation.
• Power BI and data visualization best practices.
• CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Data governance and data management knowledge.
