Inside Presales Technical Consultant - Print (French)

About the role

HP is looking for an Inside Presales Technical Consultant (TC) for its Global Services & Solutions organization, supporting the HP Commercial portfolio of Print products, services and solutions. The role is intermediate level and suits experienced professionals with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must have native-level French and fluent English; German is a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical recommendations and guidance on HP Print offerings and help sales teams win business.
• Answer and track technical questions from internal and external requestors.
• Present the advantages of HP's Print products and solutions.
• Help sales representatives respond to customer requests (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
• Support sales opportunities with in-depth technical knowledge and keep sales informed on technical and environmental regulation status.
• Deliver training to other departments on Print products and solutions.
• Manage technical escalations and give proactive updates to the sales community.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and total customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical/engineering field or computer science.
• Current knowledge of printing technologies, hardware, operating systems, software and networking.
• Strong analytical, organizational and teamwork skills, with troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal direction and eager to learn continuously.

Required skills

• Native spoken and written French; advanced English.
• Advanced or native German is a strong advantage; another language is an advantage.
