Business Care Partner

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Business Care Partner in Barcelona, Spain, as part of its Customer Service team. The position is hybrid, with two days per week on site and three days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support to assigned distributors and the sales team, with a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Manage customer orders in SAP, including entry, modifications and cancellations, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Share product availability, pricing, technical features and order status with customers.
• Monitor orders from placement through delivery to ensure prompt supply and invoicing.
• Handle customer claims, order issues and service incidents quickly, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain customer master data and pricing information accurately in internal systems.
• Support customer satisfaction goals, partner with sales and cross-functional teams, and contribute to billing accuracy for assigned distributors.
• Help cover colleagues during absences and peak periods.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, business support, order management or a similar administrative role with direct customer interaction.
• Professional proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic, patient and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational skills, integrity, teamwork and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• SAP, especially in order management.
• Microsoft Office, with solid knowledge of Word and Excel.
