Business Development Representative – French Market

About the role

Pack is a people‑development platform helping companies map skills, identify gaps and create personalized development plans. We are expanding into the French Learning & Development market and need a Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales and build relationships with HR leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume cold‑calling campaigns to generate qualified meetings with HR decision‑makers.
• Use LinkedIn and email to warm up prospects and support call outreach.
• Test scripts, handle objections and refine messaging in real time.
• Track call activity and performance metrics in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French proficiency.
• Strong English (minimum B2 level).
• Proven ability to thrive in cold‑calling and outbound sales environments.
• Self‑starter mindset with curiosity, resilience and a passion for startups.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, flexible setting.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
