Business Growth Analyst (Madrid Based)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Growth Analyst based in Madrid. The Marketing & Growth team works with nearly every department to drive visibility, engagement and business impact. As a Growth Analyst you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to expand Fever's entertainment market across up to 40 countries, defining end-to-end solutions and managing new business streams.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
• Manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line and take the lead on global projects shaping the future of entertainment.
• Enhance company performance across departments through new plans and events.
• Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills.
• Create, develop and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies and departmental growth.
• Work with people and projects across markets, with a focus on developing new experiences internationally.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytics and business role.
• Background in engineering, maths, statistics, data analytics or strategy.
• Advanced English is a must; Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven team leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and interested in industry trends.
