Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Intern

About the role

HP's Graphics Solutions Business (GSB) delivers large-scale cloud solutions for on-demand manufacturing of personalized goods, and its Business Intelligence function supports business decisions and operations. It is looking for a Business Intelligence Data Analyst Intern to join the WW Industrial Print Services organization (IPCS) in Sant Cugat del Valles. The internship runs from February to June-July 2027, is paid, and is open to students currently enrolled in a Spanish university.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and improvement of dashboards and data visualizations with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Gather, clean, transform and analyze data from various sources
• Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into reporting requirements
• Maintain existing dashboards, including data validation and quality checks
• Document data sources, methods and dashboard specifications
• Help users understand dashboards, reports and key metrics
• Learn new technologies and stay up to date with industry trends

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Spanish university and able to sign an internship agreement with it
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field
• Fluent English; strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment

Required skills

• Exposure to databases, SQL and/or Python
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, visualization and BI concepts
• Microsoft Excel is a plus; data mining, machine learning, AWS, data warehousing and ETL are also a plus
