Business Manager, Sevilla

About the role

Bacardi is seeking a Business Manager to join its On‑Trade team in Sevilla. You will be responsible for growing market share in the proximity channel, focusing on premium portfolio expansion, innovation, and protecting core business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the commercial plan and deliver customer programs defined in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for On‑Trade customers.
• Negotiate point‑of‑sale agreements to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
• Utilise the "Picture of Success" approach to activate brands and influence consumer purchase decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximise Bacardi’s performance at On‑Trade accounts.
• Drive value creation through effective execution of sales initiatives and new business models.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented with a founder‑mindset for developing business in the route‑to‑market.
• Proven track record in commercial or field sales, preferably within On‑Trade, events or promotions.
• Strong ability to work independently, organise tasks and meet targets.
• Excellent communication, active listening and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation capabilities and a passion for the beverage sector.
