Business Manager - Technology Operating Office (100%)

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for a Business Manager for its Technology Operating Office in Madrid, working 100% in the office. The role manages the day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of a business unit, leads cross-functional projects and ensures the business unit strategy is implemented. It also covers financial planning, cost control and reporting for the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support regular business tasks and requests
• Lead, coordinate and/or support strategic initiatives and projects, collaborating across teams and functions
• Prepare presentations, concepts and white papers for internal and external bodies
• Plan and run internal events, meetings (such as offsites and town halls) and communications
• Carry out and/or coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses used as a basis for projects, performance reviews, scorecards and ad hoc requests
• Own and govern business-unit-specific processes
• Carry out financial budget planning and cost control, and report on the business unit, team and/or projects
