Learning & Development Administrator (English & German Speaker)

About the role

MSX International Group, a partner to vehicle manufacturers, retailers and mobility organisations for more than 30 years, is hiring a Learning & Development Administrator in Barcelona. The role provides administrative and project support for training programmes, manages LMS data, coordinates training logistics and ensures a high-quality service for learners, dealerships and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule training sessions and events, send invitations to participants and confirm attendance
• Arrange training venues, hotels and flights, and handle office supply orders
• Handle dealership network inquiries and contact participants and training coordinators before courses arrive by email and phone
• Input data into the LMS and keep training records up to date
• Generate reports in the LMS and make sure training resources and materials are ready

Required profile

• Fluent English and German (mandatory)
• Previous experience in training administration (1+ year preferred)
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Spanish, Dutch, Hungarian, Swedish or Polish is a plus

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
