Camarero/a – Costa Ballena

About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter/waitress to join the team at Barceló Costa Ballena in Cádiz. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide qualified, autonomous and responsible service and sales of food and drinks.
• Welcome guests, manage seating and ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Attend directly to guests during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and equipment to guarantee proper service standards.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) and HACCP certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar waiter/waitress position.
• High level of English.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under pressure and maintain a professional appearance.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) knowledge.
• Mixology or cocktail preparation.
