Camarero/a de Bar - Hotel Occidental Ibiza

About the role

We are looking for a motivated bar server to join the team at Hotel Occidental Ibiza. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute food and beverage service and sales autonomously and responsibly.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary and provide direct assistance during their consumption.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and organize work stations and tools to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) with HACCP certification.
• At least one year of experience in a similar bar or restaurant role.
• High level of English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under pressure, with a polished personal image and strong customer focus.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge.
• Mixology (cocktail preparation).
