Camarero/a de pisos – Barceló Playa Blanca

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas at Barceló Playa Blanca, a 4‑star resort in Lanzarote. You will follow established procedures to maintain hygiene standards and support a pleasant guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning supplies, equipment and tools for each shift.
• Clean and tidy guest rooms, checking furniture, fixtures and minibar items.
• Refresh linens, replenish toiletries, and restock minibar supplies.
• Inspect rooms for damages and report any defects.
• Assist guests with requests, handle lost‑and‑found items and address complaints according to protocol.
• Collect used linens and send them to laundry, ensuring all work areas remain orderly.

Required profile

• Basic secondary education (ESO) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, motivation, responsibility and good organizational abilities.
