About the role

We are looking for a motivated waiter/waitress to join the team at Hotel Barcelo Bilbao Nervión. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to our guests in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute autonomous and qualified service and sale of food and drinks.
• Welcome guests, seat them when necessary and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Provide direct assistance to customers during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and tools required for smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• Training in HACCP (APPCC) food‑safety standards.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of mixology, restaurant and hospitality operations is valued.
• Team‑player attitude, stress tolerance, agility and a well‑groomed personal image.
